Ruvéra Shipping Policy

At Ruvéra, we make sure your orders reach you quickly, safely, and transparently. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • We ship products throughout India, and all orders above ₹499 qualify for free domestic shipping.
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies if your total order value is ₹499 or less.
  • If Ruvéra.in receives an order from a location where extra taxes apply (e.g., VAT, Import Duty, Octroi, local area cess), Ruvéra.in will not be liable to pay these charges. They must be paid by the customer.

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
  • Delivery timelines:
  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10–12 business days
  • Shipping hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Important: For all delivered products, it is mandatory to record a clear 360° view of the box and an unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This ensures the condition of the contents inside.

  If you encounter any issues or need to request a refund, please share this unboxing video with us.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents inside.

  • Ruvéra is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Deliveries are managed by third-party logistics partners.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

📍 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

📦 Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Ruvéra ships orders via reputed courier partners.
  • Tracking is available on the courier partner’s website.
  • If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are currently limited to addresses within India.
  • Ruvéra.in will deliver products only within India and will not be liable for any claims relating to orders placed from outside India.
