Mandatory Requirements for Damage Claims : While Ruvéra maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy , we prioritize product quality and will evaluate claims for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To successfully process a claim, customers must adhere to the following mandatory requirements:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, unedited, 360° view of the unopened box followed by an unboxing video starting from the sealed package. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents inside without any cuts or editing.
Immediate Reporting: You must inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@ruvera.in or via WhatsApp at +91 9324996288.
Required Documentation: When reporting an issue, please include your Order Number and attach the unboxing video for our team to evaluate the issue.
Liability Disclaimer: Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video showing the sealed condition of the package will not be eligible for resolution. Ruvéra is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
